The terminal has lost connection to the POS

If your terminal has lost connection to the cash register, we recommend that you reconnect the terminal:

  • Click My Store at checkout

  • Click Payment terminals at checkout

  • Click on Swedbank Pax in the cashier

  • Click Forget Terminal at checkout

  • Click on Swedbank Pax in the cashier

  • Click on the three dots in the bottom corner of the terminal

  • Click on ECR in the terminal

  • Enter the IP address of the terminal at checkout

  • Click Add terminal to checkout

If the problem persists, contact our support.


Return on a standalone Swedbank A920

To make a return in a standalone Swedbank A920, click Return/Retur. You then fill in your chosen Manager code and complete the return.

Contact our support if you forgot your Manager code.


Reports on a stand-alone Swedbank A920

If you wish to produce a report in a standalone Swedbank A920, click on the three dots in the bottom corner of the terminal and then select Report. Please note that if you create a report, the report will be reset, regardless of whether you choose to print the report or not.
