The terminal has lost connection to the POS

If your terminal has lost connection to the cash register, we recommend that you reconnect the terminal:

  • Click My Store at checkout

  • Click Payment terminals at checkout

  • Click on Swedbank Pax in the cashier

  • Click Forget Terminal at checkout

  • Click on Swedbank Pax in the cashier

  • Click on the three dots in the bottom corner of the terminal

  • Click on ECR in the terminal

  • Enter the IP address of the terminal at checkout

  • Click Add terminal to checkout

Is your terminal connected to your router with a LAN-cable?

In case of any issues, we recommend that you try unplugging the cable from the terminal and then reconnecting it.
