The terminal has lost connection to the POS
If your terminal has lost connection to the cash register, we recommend that you reconnect the terminal:
Click My Store at checkout
Click Payment terminals at checkout
Click on Swedbank Pax in the cashier
Click Forget Terminal at checkout
Click on Swedbank Pax in the cashier
Click on the three dots in the bottom corner of the terminal
Click on ECR in the terminal
Enter the IP address of the terminal at checkout
Click Add terminal to checkout
Is your terminal connected to your router with a LAN-cable?
In case of any issues, we recommend that you try unplugging the cable from the terminal and then reconnecting it.
