By creating accounts for each staff, employees can punch in and out directly in the system with the staff ledger. This feature makes it easy to keep track of hours worked and manage payroll correctly. In addition, staff accounts provide the ability to track sales performance by associating sales with individual employees.
In-App Usage
Add Staff Ledger as a feature to the app through My Store → Features. To then punch in and out, the staff use this button and enter their 4-digit PIN code.
Reports
Backstage → Personnel ledger → Enter date, Store and employee.
My staff forgot to punch in, what do I do?
Backstage → Staff ledger → Add shift.
It can also happen that staff forget to clock out or clock in too late. A shift can easily be edited in the same place in Backstage to ensure that the hours are correct.
There are three ways to connect staff to orders, to choose the setup that suits you best, go to My Store → Cashier Management. Remember to add the cashier management function button for easier use
Optionally
A cashier can be added to a sale, but it's not mandatory. The cashier is unlocked and can be used without any cashier selected.
Keep last selected
The checkout is locked until a cashier logs in. The cashier remains logged in for subsequent sales. Log out or tap to change cashier to lock the checkout again.
Obligatory
The checkout is locked until a cashier logs in. The checkout automatically locks again after a sale or parking. Login is required to use the checkout again.
