Reports are available both in the app and in Backstage, giving you a clear overview of how your business is performing. You can track sales, staff performance, and other key metrics — in real time or over a longer period. Whether you need quick insights in the app or more detailed analysis in Backstage, the reports help you make well-informed decisions.

Reports in the app

You can find reports in the app under My Store → Reports.

Z-reports

Z-reports show a day's sales, including which product groups were sold, which payment methods were used, and other useful information. When you generate a Z-report, you close the workday with all transactions completed since the last day-end. In the app, you can also view your previous Z-reports, as well as email and print them.

X-reports

X-reports let you view the current day's sales without having to perform a day-end closing. The information shown is the same as in a Z-report.

Journal

A journal report is a detailed summary of all sales and payments recorded in the register since the system started. This report is primarily used by the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) during possible inspections. You select the time period yourself and then enter the email address where the journal report should be sent.

Periodic reports

With our periodic report, you get an overview of your sales during a selected time period. In the app, you can freely choose the dates you want and then decide whether to print, send via email, or simply view the report on the screen.

Analytics

With our analytics tool, you can track sales over time and compare different periods, products, categories, and much more. You get a visual overview that makes it easy to spot patterns, trends, and deviations—perfect when you want to analyze results or make data-driven decisions.
