Connect your scanner
To be able to connect a USB scanner, you need to have a Star mC-Print3 receipt printer. The USB scanner is connected to one of the two USB ports marked 0.5A that are on the receipt printer. When you have connected your scanner, you need to go to My Store → Printers → Click on your receipt printer and make sure that I use a handheld scanner connected to the printer is turned on.

Compatible Scanners
We only guarantee full compatibility with the barcode scanner we sell ourselves: the Opticon L-46XUSB.
Other USB-connected barcode scanners may work, but we do not offer support or troubleshooting for scanners that are not purchased through us.
