Log out and sign in at checkout, or go to Product Catalog and Sync Product Catalog.

Sell gift cards

After you add a gift card template, a product group named Gift card is automatically added. To sell a gift card, navigate to this product group and select your template. You will be asked to select the following:

Automatically generated gift card code or Custom gift card code

We recommend that you use your own gift card codes if you are using physical gift cards. This allows you to scan a QR or EAN code printed on the card, which links it directly to the gift card at checkout.

Delivery method – SMS, E-mail or Print

Choose how you want to distribute the gift card. Gift cards will always have a unique QR code.

Once you have filled in the details, select Add to Cart and complete the transaction.

Redeem gift cards

Add items to cart → Select Yabie Gift Card as your payment method → Enter or scan the code → Complete the sale. If the gift card covers the full amount, the sale is closed. If not, select an additional payment method to cover the remaining amount.

Manage gift cards

In your checkout settings, you'll find all your gift cards. You can view and filter all gift cards, as well as see the number of active gift cards and their total value.

Your gift cards can have different statuses:

  • Active - Gift cards that have not been used or used but have money left to shop for at

  • Disabled - This status will receive a card if you manually deactivate a card

  • Expired - When the expiration date expires, it will have this status

  • Cancelled - A gift card that has been returned by a customer. A gift card used cannot be returned
