Swedbank IPP

Important information regarding Swedbank IPP350 & Swedbank IWL
These terminals will be phased out during 2025 and 2026. If you have an IPP350 or an IWL, we recommend that you contact us at sales@yabie.com, and we will assist you with a newer, more modern alternative.

IPP350

To be able to add a terminal, you must have activated the payment method "Swedbank Pay" in Backstage. Then you need to ensure that the terminal is connected to the same network as the cash register (connected via the same router). Before you connect the terminal to the cash register, you first need to start TMS update (load parameters) on the terminal by:

Press F3
Enter 1234
Press OK [Green button]
Press 2 Payex
Press 7 Systeminställningar
Press 4 Starta TMS-uppdatering

When the update is done will the card terminal be restarted. The terminal's IP address will appear in the display, note this you will use that later when you connect the terminal to the cash register. Always contact support if problems occur with TMS update.

Connect your IPP to the POS

Starta om IPP350

Starta om terminalen genom att trycka Clear [Gul knapp] + [ .,’ ]-tangenten

Ta bort kopplad Swedbank terminal i kassan

Om du har en terminal tillagd i din kassa och vill ta bort anslutningen. Gör följande:

Tryck på (Min butik)
Tryck på Betalterminaler
Tryck på Glöm terminal

Visa aktuell IP-adress på IPP350

Om terminalen är inställd på DHCP (få IP adress på automatik så visas den på displayen vid omstart) - Starta om terminalen

För att kolla IP adress gör följande:

Ange 1234
Tryck OK [Grön]
Tryck 0 (Telium Manager)
Tryck 1 (Consultation)
Tryck 4 (Configuration)
Tryck 1 (Hardware)
Tryck [F2]
Stega ned 3 x ggr (Hardware Infos)

Connect IPP350 to the cash register

If you have a terminal added to your cash register already, you must remove the current connection. Do the following steps:

Press(My Store)
Press Payment Terminals
Press Forget Terminal

To connect your card terminal to the cash register, do the following steps:

Press(My STore)
Press Payment Terminals
Press Add Terminals
Enter the card terminal IP-address
Press Add Terminal

Restart IPP350

Restart the terminal by pressing Clear [Yellow button] + [ .,’ ]-button

You can also restart the terminal by:

Press F3
Enter 1234
Press OK [Green]
Press 2 (Payex)
Press 7 (Systeminställningar)
Press 5 (Starta om terminal)

Load parameters IPP350

Start TMS-update (load parameters):

Press F3
Enter 1234
Press OK [Green]
Press 2 (Payex)
Press 7 (Systeminställningar)
Press 4 (Starta TMS-uppdatering)

Remove connected Swedbank terminal in the cash register

If you have a terminal added to your cash register and want to remove the connection. Do the following:

Press(My Store)
Press Payment Terminals
Press Forget Terminal

Show current IP address on IPP350

If the terminal is set to DHCP (get IP address automatically, it will appear on the display after restart)
To check the IP address do the following:

Press F3
Enter 1234
Press OK [Green]
Press 0 (Telium Manager)
Press 1 (Consultation)
Press 4 (Configuration)
Press 1 (Hardware)
Press [F2]
Step down 3 times (Hardware Infos)
Press OK [Greeen]
Press [F2]
Step down 7 times (Ethernet)
Press OK [Green]
