A table Plan is a digital overview of the seating arrangements in your restaurant or café. It shows how tables are organized and which ones are free or occupied – in real time. With the table plan, it becomes easier to take orders, follow up on ongoing bills and provide fast service, directly from the POS system. The plan reflects your actual layout and can be customized for different sections, such as a dining room, bar, or outdoor dining area.
Create a table plan
Click Parked in the upper-right corner, select Add Layout, give your Layout a name (for example, Dining Room), and then click Add.
Now you will see a blank grid, click on any of the boxes to create a table, give the table a name and change the color if you wish, and then click Add.
If you wish to change the position of a table, press and hold the table and drag it to the desired seat. If you wish to change the size of the table, hold down on the arrows in the bottom right and drag the table to the desired size.
For those with Yabie Go
In Yabie Go, tables will be displayed in a list view, not on as a table plan.
Don't see Parked?
If you don't see Parked, it means that you haven't enabled the order park feature. To activate this, go to Backstage → Merchants → Settings → Book in the Activate function to park orders and save. Then log out and in to the checkout.
Park orders on a table
From the article view
Add items to your cart → Tap Park → Select the table you want to park at
From the table plan
Tap Parked → Select a table → Add items to cart → Tap Save
If you start from the table plan, you will return to the table plan when you are done.
If you start from the article view or the home page, you will be returned there after you park.
Moving tables and items
Move a table
Press and hold on the table you wish to move → Select Move → Select the table you wish to move the order to
Moving Items
Hold down on the table you want to move items from → Select single items to move → Select the items you want to move → Select move
If you have several of the same item and wish to choose to take it, then click on the product twice.
Change function when pressing on table
Go to My Store and select Other settings. Here you can select Tap to add items to the table to the shopping cart, or Tap to open table details.
