Stock reports provide detailed information about your stock levels, stock moves, and overall inventory performance. These reports help you monitor stock status, track trends, and identify discrepancies, ensuring efficient inventory management and well-informed decisions.
Stock reports are available in Backstage → Stock Management → Stock Reports. All reports can be exported.
The Stock Level Report gives you an overview of your total inventory, including current stock, purchase price, stock value, and VAT-related information.
The Historical Stock Report allows you to view your stock levels as they were on a specific date. By selecting a date, you can see your past inventory.
The Stock warning Report shows all products that have reached their low stock threshold. This makes it easy to see which products may need to be reordered.
The report for non-selling products shows inventory items that have not been sold within a specific period. This report helps identify slow-moving products, enabling you to take actions such as discounts, promotions, or removal from inventory.
The Stock Discrepancy Report highlights differences between the recorded stock levels and the actual physical inventory identified during stock counts.
The Stock changes Report provides a detailed view of all changes made to your inventory, including stock additions, removals, and moves. This helps you track all adjustments to stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and transparency in stock movements.
