A warehouse movement is the process of transferring inventory between different bins. This feature allows you to move items from one bin to another while keeping your inventory records up-to-date and accurate.
Inventory movement in Backstage
To perform a warehouse movement in Backstage, go to Warehouse management → Inventory movement → New inventory movement.
Select the location where you want to move inventory from and to.
Select the personnel who are creating the inventory movement and the reason for the movement.
Choose which products or ingredients to include in the movement and quantity.
Once you have selected all the details, go to Review. Make sure that everything is correct, and select Complete Inventory Movement.
The inventory movement has now been created and will have a status of In progress.

Inventory movement in Yabie Companion
To make an inventory move in Yabie Companion, go to Move → New list.
Select the location where you want to move inventory from and to.
Select the reason for the transfer
Scan the products that will be included in the movement and enter the quantity.
Once you've selected all the details, click Done.
The inventory movement has now been created and will have a status of In progress.
