Printing of receipt

When you complete a purchase at checkout, you can choose how the customer will receive their receipt:

  • Printing – If you have a connected receipt printer, you can print the receipt directly.

  • Email – Send the receipt to the customer's email address.

  • SMS – Send the receipt via text message if the customer's mobile number is available.

It is of course free to send receipts via E-mail and SMS!


Receipt copy

It is only possible to print one receipt and one receipt copy. This applies regardless of whether the original receipt has been provided in paper form or digitally, this according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules. To print a receipt copy, go to My Store → Receipt history → Click the correct order → Select Receipt copy → Select Print, Email, or SMS.


Return on purchase

To make a return on a purchase, go to My Store → Receipt History → Click on the correct order → Select items to return → If you only want to return certain items, click on them only, if you wish to return the entire order, click on Select all → Pay

Please note that you can only return with the payment method you used at the time of purchase


Open return

Open return means that you make a return without having a connection to a previous receipt or sale. It is mainly used when the original purchase cannot be identified in the system.

To complete an open return, click More → Open Returns → Select which items to return → Pay.
