With Yabie Loyalty, you can easily reward your returning customers with a flexible loyalty program. Members earn points on their purchases and redeem them for bonuses. You decide how points are earned, which products count, and when bonuses become available – giving you full control.

In this guide, we'll go through settings, managing members, and redeeming bonuses.

Get Started – Set Up Your Loyalty Program

Navigate to Backstage and select Customers → Loyalty Program. When you create a new loyalty program, you will be asked to fill in the following information:

  • Name What is your loyalty program called?

  • Sites If you have multiple locations, which locations should participate in the program?

  • Point expiration date Do you want the points to expire, and if so, how long should they be valid?

  • Always ask about membership Should the cashier be allowed to ask about membership with every purchase?

  • Earn points What is the relationship between the amount spent and points earned? (Example: spend 1 SEK = earn 1 point)

  • Minimum Amount (Optional) Will members have to spend a minimum amount to earn points on a purchase?

Get Started – Set Up Your Bonuses

Bonuses are always some kind of discount, either as a percentage discount or a fixed amount. By working with these elements, you can create bonuses like these examples:

  • A free coffee

  • 25% discount on all sandwiches

  • 50 SEK discount on an entire purchase

Select Create a Bonus, enter the Reward's Point Level (how many Points do members need to unlock the Reward?), and give it a name.

Then select the reward type:

Set a fixed amount that the member receives as a discount on their purchase

Set a percentage discount to be applied to the member's entire purchase

Set a discount to be applied to specific products

After that, you will get the Communication option. It allows you to send a notification to the member once the reward has been unlocked.

See Medlemskommunikation for more information.

Your loyalty program can have up to 10 active bonuses.
