With Order Ticket Queue, you can group multiple orders into a single printout and send them to the kitchen at the same time. This is especially useful when you want all dishes to start being prepared at the same time — for example, when a party places several consecutive orders.

Get started with Order ticket queue
To get started with Order ticket queue, you first need to activate the function in Backstage. Go to Merchant → Settings → Enable Order ticket queue feature.
Then add the function key to the POS either in your Layout, or under your functions.
Start a Order ticket queue
Click Start Order ticket queue on the function button → Receive the order from all guests who will be included in the order → When you are ready, click Send Order ticket. A collected ticket will then be sent to your kitchen station(s).
