Acquiring agreements
An acquiring agreement is an agreement between your business and an acquiring bank or payment service provider that allows you to accept card payments. The acquirer will ensure that the funds from the customer's card are transferred to your business account.
American Express
For those who use Yabie Pay, you cannot connect to your own Amex agreement, but you join our Amex agreement. If you wish to get started with Amex, please contact us at support@yabie.com.
If you use Swedbank Pay, you sign your own Amex agreement. To get started with Amex, you need to send your Amex Agreement Number to support@yabie.com.
Edenred
If you want to get started with taking payments with Edenred, you need to contact Edenred and set up an agreement. Click here to connect as a partner with Edenred. Edenred will then help you make sure everything works.
Epassi
If you want to get started with accepting payments with Epasi, you need to contact Epassi and set up an agreement. Click here to connect as a partner with Epassi. Epassi will then help you make sure everything works.
POS Agreements
Transfer
If you have more than one year left on your contract period, you have the opportunity to apply to transfer the contract to another company. Yabie cannot assist in finding a new contracting party, this responsibility rests with you. Invoices
If you have an externally financed agreement, we refer you to contact the financing partner for answers to your invoice questions. If you are billed by us at Yabie and have any questions about your invoices, please email support@yabie.com. Remember to state your organization number when you email us, if you have questions about a specific invoice, you are welcome to also state the invoice number.
